We’re seeking a Production Coordinator to join the Kathmandu team on a Fixed Term contract based at our Christchurch Support Office.

In this role you will be reporting into the Video and Photography Production Manager, you will assist the creative team with the production of all print, photography & videography requirements for the business.

To be successful in this position you will be a natural problem solver, an excellent communicator with exceptional attention to detail.

Key areas of responsibility include :

  • Monitoring of the Product Tracker document and managing ingoing and outgoing inventory
  • Working collaboratively with the Product Team to ensure that studio photography samples are ordered and delivered on time.
  • Product delivered to the photography studio with all the relevant information and the final image files delivered to the design team within deadline.
  • Assisting with Talent Wardrobe Fittings.
  • Monitoring shot volumes and advising the PHO Production Manager and Photography Studio of any issues. Collating, barcoding and tagging of all sample product prior to them going into studio.
  • Coordinating deliveries to studio and returns to the Product Team.
  • Desired skills and attributes :

  • Photography and / or Videography production experience
  • Styling or Visual merchandising experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite skills essential
  • Knowledge of Digital Asset Systems
  • Visualisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Stakeholder engagement skills
  • Product knowledge and passion for the outdoors a plus!
