We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our dynamic Digital Marketing Team for a 12 month parental leave cover, supporting the digital strategy and direction for the wider Marketing Group.

About the Role :

The Digital Marketing Specialist will have responsibility for both project oriented and operational aspects of our websites and associated customer facing services.

This will require and include user-centric thinking, technical reporting and analytical support to the Corporate Marketing team.

You will also have responsibility and ownership of digital marketing campaigns for our Agency business which encompasses Real Estate, Livestock, Wool and Insurance.

This role has both strategic and tactical involvement; executing digital projects and integrated marketing campaigns to multiple audiences to meet business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide input to the strategic initiatives and growth of the Digital Marketing functions and capabilities.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement digital strategies and projects (including user design requirements) that drive results.
  • Project management of one-off, smaller digital projects.
  • Plan and implement engaging and dynamic online campaigns (inclusive of social medial activity) that align to business strategies.
  • Assist with the maintenance of website content to drive engagement with our customers.
  • Skills and Experience :

  • Experience in a digital marketing environment, UX and CX, content management, marketing automation, personalisation etc.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a digital marketing focused role.
  • A track record in project management including planning, implementing, and reporting on digital initiatives and campaigns.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred to maximise contribution to user-centric design.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) ensuring the ability to establish and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills, able to work to deadlines.
  • Good understanding of, or experience within rural sector would be an advantage.
