    An iconic and distinctly New Zealand attraction - The All Blacks Experience will be opening in December, and will showcase our national passion and cultural connection to rugby, along with the incredible accomplishments of our national teams.

    The interactive experience will take customers on a state of the art 45-minute guided journey through the story of New Zealand rugby and how it's shaped us, hearing from some of our legends of the game.

    Through the use of technology, visitors will get to immerse themselves in the All Black environment from locker room to the roaring of stadium crowds.

    Set to become the must-see tourist attraction, we are incredibly excited to see our vision take shape and can't wait share it with visitors.

    The role :

    This is an amazing opportunity to join an awesome team to deliver the retail component of our experience!

    We're looking for a retail super star with a passion for rugby to lead our amazing retail operation and work with our world class brands.

    If you are looking for a role that's varied between customer engagement and operations in an environment that is brand spanking new - then we want to hear from you! Your responsibilities will include leading the team in selling and promoting products, apparel and brands on offer in the retail store to manuhiri (visitors).

    About you :

    No need to show us your haka, just your exceptional customer service skills! We're also looking for someone who :

  • Will dazzle us with at least 2 years' experience in a retail leadership role.
  • Has demonstrated experience working to and improving retail KPIs.
  • Has a solid sales and customer service background.
  • Has great mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to inspire their team to achieve individual and team success.
  • Is passionate about Rugby with great visual merchandising skills
  • Is ambitious and has a can-do attitude, and would love the opportunity to be part of this amazing experience.
  • Is looking for a dynamic, busy, and fun work environment where no two days are the same
  • Truly loves people and believes amazing customer service will always win !
  • Has an interest and willingness to learn basic te reo Māori and tikanga.
  • If you have previous experience working in the tourism industry that would be a bonus!
