What you will doReporting to a Commercial Manager your role will assist with business development and acquisition through the development of strong local networks.
You will also have the ability to drive strong customer engagement and retention through your thorough understanding of customer needs and the development of solutions.
Equally important will be your focus on maintaining the profitability of a complex and growing portfolio, whilst upholding strong risk and control standards.
A natural leader and mentor, you will also relish the opportunity to develop direct reports, as you will be responsible for management of the relationship team, including a Commercial Account Manager and Commercial Assistant.
What we're looking forA relevant tertiary qualification is preferred however this is not essential. It will be your proven experience and success within either Business or Commercial Banking role, outstanding relationship & portfolio management skills, and your strong credit and lending skills that will demonstrate you have the right technical skills for this role.
Your friendly, professional, can-do attitude enables you to quickly establish positive long-term relationships with your customers, which is what will set you apart from others.
