Role available as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with an immediate start date. This position is paying a salary of $100,000 - $120,000 and is based in Auckland.

One of Auckland’s highly regarded residential development companies is looking to bring on a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be joining a company with a proven track record of delivering the large scale residential developments.

You must have a minimum of 5 years NZ experience in residential construction - terraced housing & stand alone housing.

To be successful in this role you will need :

Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in NZ.

Ability to take a project from tendering stage through to back costing

Excellent communication skills ability to speak English & Madarin

A proactive & enthusiastic attitude

Eye for detail and attitude for quality

Knowledge of NZS 3910 & NZS 3916
