Ko tō tūranga Your Role

The purpose of the Outbound Sales & Retention Agent is to proactively drive exceptional customer experience and lifecycle management across our unmanaged customer base.

This will be done through a prescribed contact plan that improves our NPS, reduces customer churn and the revenue outcomes across this base.

Ko tō mahi What you’ll do :

  • Manage the customer lifecycle of Vodafone’s unmanaged SME base through calling and campaign execution
  • Improve products sales through cross selling into new products achieved through high presentation rates
  • Serve our customers through exceptional experiences solving issues seamlessly, meeting their business needs so they remain a valued customer of Vodafone
  • Extend the customer lifetime value through active device strategy increasing IFP attachment and accessory rates.
  • Work as part of a critical team with strong communication and ability to execute against marketing activity.

    Our ideal candidate will bring excellent sales and communication skills and a passion for connecting with customers. We are looking for a logical thinker with a strong and effective sales mindset and who is willing to help customers as the core of what you do. You will also bring :

  • Customer service experience with a customer obsessed mind set.
  • Previous sales experience in outbound sales, or retail sales
  • Telco or service sector experience within the SME market is favourable
  • Sound business acumen
  • Ability to work with speed and accuracy
  • Motivated to stay current with technology & pursue informal learning (on the job, via colleagues) to deepen your knowledge
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Please Note : Due to the permanent nature of this role we can only accept applications from NZ Citizens, Permanent Residents or Open Work Visa holders with more than 18 months validity from their role start date.
