Retail Sales Assistant - Bathroom Department - Mitre 10 MEGA Glenfield

The Role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to joinour friendly and supportive Glenfield bathroom team. The ideal candidate will also be a greatlistener and able to positively engage with a variety of customers who areseeking their specialised advice.

You willbe part of a knowledgeable team that work together to deliver great service.This is a great opportunity to learn and grow your retail sales career.

This is a full time, permanent position, rosteredto work Tuesday to Saturday working 45 hours per week.

An ideal candidatewill have

enthusiasm and enjoys working in a teamenvironment

a passion for customer serviceexcellence

retail sales experience, desiredbut not essential

preferably some knowledge of bathrooms however not essential

excellent listening, communicationskills and be solution focused

an ability to take initiative, bemature and autonomous

physical fitness as lifting andmerchandising products is part of this role : moving bathtubs, shower doorsand panels, vanities and the like several times a day is required
