ENGEO is looking for an intermediate to senior level Geotechnical Engineer to join our Christchurch office. We currently have an exciting, dynamic and diverse workload across New Zealand, Australia and California and we are interested in hearing from enthusiastic people who want to make a difference, and be part of our journey.

About this role :
This position will involve project management and technical delivery of a wide range of geotechnical project types such as earthworks, foundation and retaining wall design, liquefaction analysis, assessment of compressible and collapsible soils, evaluating earthworks in sensitive volcanic soils.
Your work will encompass site characterisation, data analysis, modelling and interpretation, design and construction monitoring.
Our local clients cover a broad range of markets including buildings, infrastructure, water and land development. About you :
Has a BE (Civil), ME (Geotechnical) or equivalent.
Has at least 8 years of geotechnical consulting experience (ideally most of which in
Local experience in the Christchurch region is preferred but not required.
Has excellent project management and report writing skills.
Is passionate about ground engineering - in all its forms!
Shows a positive can do’ attitude.
Wants to grow their career, make a difference in the community and create an impact.
