Key tasks

  • Responsible for the leadership of the Sabrage food and beverage team.
  • Using your creative flair assist the Food and Beverage Manager in creating innovative bar menus and signative cocktails.
  • To build and develop local guest relationships.
  • Drive hotel Food and Beverage promotions on a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for delivery of service where guests are welcomed and experience service that matches the expectation of discerning and experienced travellers from both international and local markets.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Sofitel brand standards.
  • Training and development of the frontline Food and Beverage team including management of departmental career and succession plans.
  • Assist in all areas of Food and Beverage as required.
