    Reporting to the Insurance Manager, you will provide experienced insurance advice to Tony Mounce Mortgages’ clients and develop strong relationships to fully understand their requirements.

    You will use your robust knowledge of the insurance industry to discover clients’ needs, conduct research and analysis, provide bespoke recommendations and ensure servicing of clients and claims management.

    As the primary point of contact, you will manage and develop relationships with existing clients and referrals and offer expert risk advice and help clients manage claims whilst meeting growth targets and providing the best possible client service.

    You will be responsible for preparing and processing insurance applications and accurately updating the CRM database. In addition, you will liaise with and mentor internal advisers and other stakeholders to assist in the accurate completion of insurance applications and policies, including renewals and pre / post approval management.

    To be successful you will have experience in a similar role, ideally in a financial services environment. You will have a customer centric approach and excellent key account management skills, a solid understanding of a broad range of personal insurance products, exceptional planning and organisation skills and have strong attention to detail and process.

    Your ability to multi task, meet tight deadlines, work autonomously in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion is essential.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with relevant industry accreditation and qualifications are vital.

    Any experience with Salesforce CRM would be advantageous.

    This is a full time permanent position, with an attractive base and incentive package.
