We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite / on-call assistance to end-users within the organizations desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
A strong communicator able to be the bridge between existing Experience team and take accountability for leading offshore team members.
Working on the design and implementation patterns needed with our Architects and Experience Tech lead.
Working on the engineering standards and ensuring integration and deployment is well managed within the existing standards and change management practices.
Teaching the standards and patterns to the offshore engineers.
QA’ing that those patterns are followed via pull request reviews.
Backend experience with headless CMS (Content Management Systems) and / or modular CMS would be beneficial side / future benefits.
A solid handle on agile principles and practices, understanding of agile test principles, aligning test cases to acceptance criteria.
