The Operations Manager is a new position, due to the continued growth of the Goodman business. Reporting through to the Director Investment Management, you will have overall responsibility for the systems and processes for the Property Services team, ensuring reporting is accurate and concise.

We are targeting a proven Operations Manager, with a track record within a professional services or corporate environment.
Experience within the property sector is not required, however familiarity with property will be viewed favourably. Due to the breadth of systems at Goodman, significant experience with managing and improving systems is imperative.
Experience with procurement, contractor management, and facilities management are all viewed as highly desirable.
You will be comfortable working across a broad base of internal stakeholders and managing projects through to a successful outcome.
You will show initiative, be proactive in your approach, excel at building relationships, and be driven to be your best.
