What will you do?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Technical team. You will own and be the technical expert for our critical business applications, ensuring that they are consistently adding value to the business now and in the future.
Key responsibilities of this role include :
Ensuring the successful setup, support, security, maintenance and performance of business applications
Constantly looking for ways to improve capabilities, discover issues and deliver better value to our customers
Effectively communicating any system changes to relevant stakeholders and communication channels
Designing and documenting key processes and information relating to our critical business systems
Supporting the operational relationships with suppliers and vendors of our critical business systems, ensuring disaster planning, backup, security, future upgrades and escalation channels are well understood and followed.
