About the role : This role is responsible for the efficient development and delivery of effective Business marketing initiatives and communications that align with the wider business’ plans.
You’re a customer advocate and are willing to get stuck in to deliver the best experiences for our business customers through a variety of channels, with a focus on BTL.
As a passionate B2B marketer, you’re able to simplify and communicate complex products and services.What you will bring to the role : 3-5 years’ experience in marketing & communications experience within a large, complex organisation.
B2B marketing experience preferred.Hands-on experience with the development, delivery and optimisation of direct customer communications.
Experience working in data-rich sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, or service based industries a plus.
Ability to gather and translate relevant insights into consistent quality briefs for all communications.Confident in writing and editing copy, using website CMS, assisting with proposition development and developing customer life-cycle communications.
The ability to work closely with squad and tribe members to ensure appropriate information is available to provide relevant messaging to customers in order to achieve goals.
The ability to use thinking skills to determine an appropriate course of action whether for the customer, staff member of the organisation.
Manage expectations and prioritise a complex workload often with conflicting demands and deadlinesAgile working experience an advantage but not essential.
