The role : what you will doIn this role you will blend the best of both worlds across risk management and compliance to ensure the effective governance around processes, controls and policies across the Corporate Banking division.
enabling the business to appropriately and effectively manage compliance and risk outcomes across the divisionMaintain effective business relationships with key and senior stakeholders and actively promote operational risk and compliance management awarenessBe a subject matter expert in complex risk and compliance subjects and promote continuous improvement across the teamWhat we are looking forWe're looking for someone who has the customer at the heart with a good understanding of the risk and compliance environment and experience within the financial services industry.
Your ability to quickly assess and analyse, problem solve and articulate fact based practical options to the business will be highly regarded.
Your background in a risk or compliance related setting means you will have a good understanding of risk and compliance processes, regulation and operational support within a financial services environment.
You will have a strong ability to identify issues and develop risk mitigation strategies with sound problem solving skills.
As a team player, you will be regarded for being innovative, flexible and have demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
You will have excellent stakeholder management at a senior level evidenced by your ability to effectively influence across this group.
Strong organisational and time management skills coupled with your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be a no-brainer.
