Key requirements for the role include :

  • A minimum of 1 years hospitality experience in a vibrant, fast-paced bar or restaurant
  • Current, valid LCQ & Manager's certificate
  • Flexibility in availability and able to work weekends
  • A good understanding of opening / closing venues & cashing up
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Ideally experience in company wide systems such as SynergySuite, ResDiary and Onetap or similar systems
  • Competency on the bar & floor
  • Good food & beverage knowledge and high focus on customer experiences
  • To be great at building relationships with customers and team members
  • To be comfortable under pressure
