About the role
We are looking for multi-skilled people who can action a variety of communication methods including phone and email, to join our Escalations team on a 9 month fixed term contract in Central Auckland.
Reporting to the Team Leader, as a Customer Service Representative you will be required to case manage and resolve escalations from our client, ensuring we deliver outstanding customer service and adhere to our KPI's.
In addition, will also be responsible for any back-office functions that are required to support this work.
