Responsibilities and key tasks are : Oversee operations in respect to hire bookings, documentation and customer communicationMaintain customer relations and communication around cancellations and changes regarding equipment location and suggest equipment and supplies to meet customer needsSupport the Project Manager as requiredGeneral responses to client enquirers / requests / complaintsAssist with project documentation such as manuals, purchase orders, photocopying etcReceive and record all dockets and pass to accounts team.

Daily recording of all site activities, and compile a complete record for each day.Manage and control daily checklists and action resulting outstanding items.

PA support to TeamCalendar managementReception support when requiredDiary and email support for the Project Manager.Other duties as they arise.

To be considered for the role you will : Have a high level of verbal and written communication skillsBe efficient, reliable and have the ability to multitask and work well under pressureBe able to work both in a team and independentlyBe computer literate and possess excellent data entry skillsA proven track record and experience in providing personal support to managers preferably in the construction sector environmentHigh level of intuition to successfully be one step aheadExperience with diary managementA strong customer service focus and a proactive approach to their workDemonstrated agility in supporting a busy team and responding to changes in prioritiesWide ranging knowledge of administration systems and processesNOTE : After you have been referred, please do not contact the employer on public holidays / weekends / outside business hours.Apply now!
