We are looking for a Full time Customer Support Specialist to assist with the increased Service Centre demands.
Key criteria for the winning candidate :
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (in particular; Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience in managing written correspondence desirable
Experience with complaint resolution essential
Experience with dealerships desirable
Ability to work in pressure situations
Analytical and problem solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to learn new systems and processes in an efficient and timely manner
Reliable team player able to work collaboratively
Full, current drivers licence
Responsibilities may include but not limited to :
To provide exceptional service experience to our customers
Increasing service revenue across all RVSC workshops through contacting customer database.
Increasing customer metrics across all RVSC workshops by improving customer support
To accurately collect, process and reconcile all contact with customers
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue / complaint; determining the cause of the problem;
selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Ensures that solutions are tailored to the situation and effectively balances the customer's requirements with the business requirements by delivering solutions that make both service and business sense
Building strong relationships with external suppliers to enable efficient resolution for the customer
Maintains an ongoing knowledge of RVSC sales fleet
To ensure all assigned daily tasks are undertaken in an accurate, professional and timely manner.
To handle customer complaints in a positive and effective manner and escalate appropriately when required.
Actively participate in the thl Health and Safety system.
To represent the company in a way that reflects thl 's purpose, vision and brand pillars.
Other duties as required by your Manager that is reasonably within the capabilities of the person and are aimed at achieving thl 's objectives
Assist with the day-day running of Mighway at RVSC. Guest / Owner pick up and drop off, invoicing Guest / Owner & Mighway charges.
Ensure the following up and resolving of Mighway Insurance claims.
