  • About the Role

    We are looking for a resident focused Village Manager to lead at our dedicated team at our Coastal Villa village in Paraparaumu.

    Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have the overall responsibility of this village which has a vibrant resident community.

    As a natural leader and someone with passion for the industry, you will thrive in this environment. Ultimately you will be responsible for all aspects of the Village including strategic planning, service delivery, asset and financial management ensuring our village remains lively and ready for the future.

    The residents are always at the heart of what we do so your customer focused, engaging energetic and resilient manner will ensure you are the go-to person for our residents, their families, our friendly staff.

    As a village manager, these things will support your application

  • Previous Operational Management experience at a "people" or service-based business with an ability to build meaningful relationships with residents, staff and internal / external customers
  • Experience working in Aged Care will be highly regarded
  • At born leader who is a skilled communicator and adept at navigating through the day to day demands of a busy vibrant village and can develop our dedicated teams
  • Experience in management of business system, processes and drives for quality improvements
  • Excellent financial acumen, including sales focus and P&L ownership
  • Strategic planning experience to be able to contribute to the big picture, but equally look outside the industry to innovate
  • Risk management to minimize exposure, including H&S and well-being management
