As a result of significant growth and business focus on best practice marketing, a new senior role in the Group Marketing team has been created for a Bid Leader to be responsible for leading the submissions team to ensure ensuring the strategic, graphic and commercial standards of all marketing collateral, submissions and fee letters are met.
The Bid Leader will work collectively with Principals and the Marketing team to be the guardian of ensuring strategic accuracy and adherence to Warren and Mahoney business goals and brand identity,Key deliverables will include : Leading the submissions team ensuring a streamlined and robust process from identification through to deliveryLeading the team in developing bid strategies and content development workshops with bid teamsReviewing and approve all proposals prior to submission to ensure documents are of a high quality and brand guidelines have been adhered toRegularly reporting on the effectiveness of the submission process, quality of documents and provide recommendations for improvements that will increase win ratesContributing to wider business development strategy and implementationWorking with Principals to identify tenders to respond toYou will be a tertiary qualified with a minimum of three years relevant experience in a leadership role.
