We're looking for a candidate for this position in an exciting company.

  • Offer Risk Management compliance expertise for Advisory staff and Partners - you'll be the "go to" person for discussing and helping our staff to resolve Risk issues
  • Maintain divisional training schedules for internal Risk matters and deliver the internal training programme
  • Review & recommend changes to divisional policy & guidance documentation as situations arise
  • Manage the Annual Quality Performance Review (QPR) process including all coordination and communication around timing, reviewers and scheduling of overseas reviewers
  • A good understanding of risk management and ethics & independence compliance
  • A passion for effective project management and understanding complex processes
  • Strong skills in building relationships, building trust and gaining buy-in across large, multi-disciplinary teams
  • A high level of self motivation, energy and drive
  • A professional approach and manner and displays a strong work ethic (honesty and integrity)
  • High levels of organisation and the ability to work autonomously while also contributing to team goals
  • Excellent problem solving abilities and driven to make real improvements
