We are looking for an Assistant Customer Manager who will be responsible for supporting the Customer Manager in the delivery of the day-to-day Woolworths NZ Home & Personal Care business.
requiring full customer buyer relationship ownership. You will support the Customer Managers in all elements of business processes including forecasting, promo planning / evaluation, business & market reporting.
Role Responsibilities :
Delivery of Turnover, Customer Profitability and TTS budgets for allocated categories within Customer Channel
Work with the customer manager to develop strong relationships with both internal ( Category Manager, Shopper Insights Managers) & external customers ( Category Managers, Trading Managers, Category Directors Buyers)
Support the customer manager on the development & delivering of Joint Business Plans with the Customer.
Manage designated relationships with customers and relevant categories.
Develop, negotiate, and deliver promotional plan within Customer as aligned with Customer Manager.
Day to day administration and evaluation of product portfolio , Promotional Evaluation, inputs to wider business Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) etc.
Identify, discuss, and agree Gap Filling initiatives with Category Team
Work with Customer Manager to develop and deliver Local Customer Strategy Plan for customer.
Deliver key Category Team initiatives at Customer , Price Changes, Brand Activation, NPD etc
Work with Customer Vendor Replenishment Planner and Unilever Supply Chain to ensure customer service issues are resolved efficiently.
Support the customer manager to manage the short-medium-term volume and spend forecast aligned to S&OP process for their allocated super categories
