We are an established New Zealand market leader, renowned for our innovative solutions and exceptionally talented people.

We are seeking to expand our existing Civil Engineering team in our Auckland office, to keep pace with our growing reputation and workload with long term clients in the land development sector.

Currently we have a number of varying size land development projects including exciting opportunities to be involved on the Piritahi and City Rail Link (CRL) projects.

Piritahi an alliance of which T+T is a member and charged with delivering is New Zealand's largest land development project over the next 5 years.

We are looking for intermediate level, Land Development Engineers (BE Civil or equivalent), with 6 + years relevant experience.

The role involves work on all aspects of civil design. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of projects in respect to quality, programme and budgets.

This will include interfacing and co-ordinating outcomes from related disciplines such as geology, water, structural, and geotechnical engineering, together with assisting client relationship building.

About you :

  • Relevant Engineering Degree
  • Working towards CPEng
  • Ideally you will have 6 + years industry experience in land development, civil engineering and design
  • Design of stormwater, watermains and wastewater pipes
  • A knowledge of Auckland Council and Watercare codes of practice
  • Preferred experience in a consulting environment
  • 3D modelling experience (12D)
  • Construction observation / Contract Administration - with knowledge of NZDS3910
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Strong project management skills
  • The ideal candidate will be recently chartered or working towards their chartered accreditation with broad hands-on land development experience and knowledge.

    An appreciation for geotechnical, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines would be advantageous also.
