Sub-Function : Commerce - Sales - Trade Marketing

Due to an internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity for the right person to develop and deliver the Trade Marketing strategy and execution of our RTDs, Seltzer & Cider portfolio with Customers & Shoppers.
This role reports into the Head of Channel Marketing and plays a key & unique conduit role between Sales & Marketing - knowing where and how to win and flawlessly executing our brand, portfolio, category & commercial objectives at point of purchase.
Through close ways of working with internal stakeholders and external agency partners this role will lead the development and delivery of our customer & shopper activation strategy and bringing to life these plans with our key retail and on premise customer partners and field team.
You will be an experienced trade activation manager, or an FMCG sales or marketing pro who is looking to broaden your cross-functional experience within an iconic NZ company who is well known for excellence in execution.
You will have a passion for and be able to champion both the Customer & the Shopper and have a flair for challenging the status quo and coming up with new solutions to ensure our brands really stand out at point of purchase.
You will also bring commercial acumen and project management skills to the role, ensuring that projects are delivered in full, on time, in budget, communicated with passion and clarity, and with results tracked & measured.
