As a Trainer , you will develop, deliver, and evaluate training interventions and professional development programmes that enhance the skills and knowledge within our Customer facing roles In this position, you will support the implementation of new service offerings as well as programmes designed to maintain staff effectiveness.
You will also play a key role in quality assurance of the team's function, ensuring compliance, delivering excellence, implementing new policy announcements into our customer service roles and supporting the management of the Knowledge Base.
