    Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

    As a Trainer , you will develop, deliver, and evaluate training interventions and professional development programmes that enhance the skills and knowledge within our Customer facing roles In this position, you will support the implementation of new service offerings as well as programmes designed to maintain staff effectiveness.

    You will also play a key role in quality assurance of the team's function, ensuring compliance, delivering excellence, implementing new policy announcements into our customer service roles and supporting the management of the Knowledge Base.

    Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in adult education, coupled with proven training experience in an adult learning environment
  • Experience in developing, building and evaluating learning programmes
  • An understanding of management practices, and of people leadership
  • You'll have a high level of computer literacy in the Microsoft environment, and be confident working in a multiple application environment
  • Experience within a Contact Centre or customer-facing environment is advantageous
