And now, we have a rare opportunity for a commercially minded and business-focused Head of People & Culture - Technology & Ops / DDB / CX & Strategy & People to join our People team.

Working closely with Executive and General Managers, you will shape and support the strategic people priorities for your business divisions.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide future thinking people solutions to key leaders, ensuring the business is best positioned to deliver on our future agenda, and enabling the achievement of ASB's strategic goals and priorities while we strive towards our purpose.

You will provide leadership, strategic direction and oversight for optimising our culture, people development and talent practices across all of your portfolios.

Leading a team of P&C professionals, you will partner and deliver across Talent & Leadership, Employment Relations, and generalist HR, to drive successful business outcomes.

Working closely and collaboratively with your team, you will use your knowledge and experience to coach and guide them, assisting with their development.

You will sit on the PLT and collaborate with teams across the wider People teamTo be successful in your application, you will have extensive experience in an HR generalist role within a corporate environment, with specific expertise in areas such as employment relations, change management and supporting significant transformation within the business.

This role will suit a senior HR professional who can build effective relationships, has previous leadership experience and can demonstrate an ability to influence across the business.

Comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment, you will need to be resourceful, responsive and able to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

We are flexible on industry experience, what is essential is the capability and passion for building a consultative and value-add People function.
