This employer requires someone the help with processing, sorting and distribution of mail and parcels within this organisation.

Your tasks and duties will include : Recording deliveriesMail deliveries and clearancesSome heaving liftingAnswering telephone callsBooking couriersServicing coffee facilitiesMeeting Room SetupsCandidates will : have excellent attention to detailhave excellent NZ Geographical knowledge (essential)be able to meet time frames and deadlines.

have outstanding customer service skillsbe well presented (as working in a corporate environment)You can expect 15 hours per week on an ongoing basis.

You must be available from Monday to Fridays, 5 days a week. Hours of work are 3.00pm to 6.00pm shiftThis is long term vacancy, so only apply if you can commit at least one year.
