As a Tenancy Manager you will be involved in building and maintaining positive and healthy relationships with tenants, managing tenancies, conducting property inspections, organising maintenance needs, and solving problems quickly as they arise.

We seek someone who has excellent customer service skills, the ability to prioritise and plan to meet required expectations with a degree of flexibility, and uses initiative with a focus on a positive outcome.

Previous experience within Social Housing property and tenancy management would be ideal, however, we will be open to providing training to the right person.
