  • Skills / Competencies :

    Essential :

  • Good Telecom experience, BSS, Product Modelling, backlog planning in Telecom Domain
  • Excellent knowledge of Siebel CRM Architecture, processes, and Best Practices
  • Excellent trouble shooting and impact analysis skills
  • Extensive experience in Integrating Siebel with various system.
  • Ability to work in Agile DevOps environment
  • Experience of working in onshore-offshore delivery model and Interaction interfacing
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
  • Preferred :

  • 12+ years of experience
  • Excellent Telco Products Configuration knowledge
  • Ability to translate business requirements to system requirements
  • Prioritization ability to organize workflow in order to accomplish multiple and changing priorities within specified timeframe
  • Team mentoring and management
  • Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, iRemedy
  • Additional Skills :

  • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
