Hi, I’m Kevin Min, the Manager, Credit Analysts, at Heartland. I’m looking for a new Lending Analyst to join our awesome team in Newmarket. Here’s some info :

Is this your next role?

You’ll prepare small business loan applications for New Zealand businesses. You’ll make sure that pre checks are completed, lending applications and credit submissions are accurate, and of top standard to be approved via lending standards or Credit team.

You’re customer centric, enjoy working in a buzzing environment and you’re happy to flex when needed. You work at pace and are keen to help others.

You’re keen to learn and develop credit submission writing for lending applications.

With an enquiring mind and great solution finding skills, you :

  • Can read and interpret financial statements.
  • Understanding of current lending & credit processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to revise procedures & ensure best practice on current processes is followed.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience in writing credit submissions and lending applications (preferred but not essential).
