What You Will Do

As a Talent Attraction Advisor, you will partner with internal hiring managers and the People Experience (Px / HR) team to guide and support the hiring process across several lines of business for the APAC region.

You will assist in identifying and defining hiring needs and collaborating with a variety of internal clients to hire the best talent.

As a proven professional, you will provide guidance to other team members while helping to drive our overall strategic vision.

You will be entrusted to join, influence, and impact a global company experiencing rapid growth with lots of organizational and developmental opportunities.

Your role will include responsibilities such as :

Connect and Scale : Implement, document, and maintain TA policies and procedures, develop and own projects, and monitor key performance indicators.

Strategize, Consult and Advise : Collaborate, build relationships with, and guide hiring managers on recruitment strategies, the accuracy and standardization of job descriptions and requirements, candidate pipelines, labor market data, anticipated time-to-fill, screening processes, and job offers.

Strive for a best-in-class candidate experience.

Attract : Manage full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing and screening, candidate selection, interview and feedback facilitation, offers and negotiation, and own the onboarding process.

Community and Development : Represent Trimble at networking events, campus / college events, and develop relationships and partnerships with a diverse network of societies to further connect us to the community.

You will own employer branding and internal and external communication related to talent attraction.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Proven experience in recruitment / talent attraction, creative sourcing, and solutions to successfully identify passive candidates.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, build strong relationships, and influence leadership and key stakeholders.

Experience in learning, designing, and implementing new and / or improved processes and projects (both people and businesses).

Experience with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Resource Management (CRM / TRM) systems.

Higher education in psychology, administration, HR, engineering, or similar fields of study.
