Urology Associates is a private specialist medical practice providing both public and private urology care from highly skilled urologists together with leading technologies and surgical techniques to provide comprehensive treatment for all patients.
Located in the Forte Health precinct in Central Christchurch and with monthly clinics run in Queenstown, Urology Associates is also contracted to provide urology care to West Coast, South Canterbury and Wairarapa District Health Boards.
To lead this already successful business to the next level of operational performance, Urology Associates has established the new role of General Manager.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the General Manager leads a high performing team of practice administrators and key clinical support staff in the delivery of optimal patient care of the highest quality while ensuring an acceptable return to the shareholders through astute operational and financial management of the business.
With a focus on enhancing business performance, the General Manager will take a best practice approach to business operations.
An exceptional people leader, the General Manager will ensure all team members have clarity of their own objectives and will positively manage performance to achieve these.
A strong and experienced executive, the General Manager will provide governance support to the Board and will manage the Board reporting and meeting processes.
This role needs a true leader who can foster a culture of real engagement while driving operational performance. Is this you?
