Macpac is New Zealand's original outdoor brand. Founded in Christchurch in 1973, we've made it our business to show people that life is better when you're outside.

  • 2ICs are responsible for supporting store operations and assisting with leading our teams.
  • Build your leadership skills with Macpac.
  • In addition to this you will be :

  • Dedicated to building a customer centric culture to deliver the ultimate customer service experience every time
  • Sharing your product knowledge and experience
  • Leading, developing and motivating a team to meet their full potential
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting will be called upon regularly.

    Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
