Description

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join our Global Operations team at EROAD! This exciting role is key to the supply chain, driving analytics and KPI visibility for insights that inform better decision-making and more effective operations.

As the Snr. Supply Chain Analyst, you are the engine room of analysis, challenging the status quo and adding value to all.

The role requires requires problem-solving skills and attention to detail, transforming data from cloud databases into PowerBI for review and action.

In addition, the Snr. Supply Chain Analyst will also plan and coordinate activities to ensure optimum running of Supply Chain metrics, working with the entire team to review best practice, and drive continuous improvement.

Other responsibilities in this role will include project work to optimise the Supply Chain areas or adhoc requirements of operational excellence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be :

Data-driven with ability to turn unstructured data into insights to inform operational decision-making

An excellent problem-solver with a can-do attitude

Self-motivated, proactive and a team player

Excellent communication skills with ability to work with different areas of the business and translate into data

Detail-oriented, organised, and ability to work well under pressure

Driven individual with a growth mindset

You have :

Minimum 5 years’ related experience within an operations environment.

Relevant IT skills, in particular Power BI, Excel, with exposure to business ERP systems.

Effective communication style across all levels of the organisation, customer, stakeholders, and suppliers

Fantastic data manipulation skills and ability to drive insights from these.

DB structure expertise

Experience with MS D365 is not required but advantegeous

Prior experience working with hardware and product is preferred

Currently living in New Zealand
