An exciting opportunity has become available for a Team Administrator within the Information Systems and Services Programme Management Office (ISSPMO) team.

  • Fixed term contract to 30 June 2022 within a varied portfolio environment
  • Contribute to delivering our DOC Digital Strategy to improve how technology can lift conservation in New Zealand

    As our next Team Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high quality administration support to the DOC Digital Strategy Portfolio delivery team.

    The work will vary from providing administration support to governance boards, preparation of agendas and minutes to booking meetings and workshops for the portfolio delivery team.

    Required :

  • Excellent MS Office skills and ability to learn and work with new applications
  • Good writing, editing and oral communication
  • Initiative and ability to prioritise to deal with critical tasks
  • Planning and organisation skills to meet timeframes
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with all level of roles within DOC
  • Desired :

  • Working knowledge or experience in a portfolio / programme / project environment
  • Knowledge and experience in office administration
  • Experience supporting steering committees or governance boards
