On absorption : Working on Web Security, Mail Security and Endpoint Security Active Directory and groups

Distribution groups - Used to create email distribution lists Security groups - Used to assign permissions to shared resources SIEM - Security Information and Event Management Incident management and ticketing (incident logging, incident ticketing, incident resolution, incident response, incident follow-up, incident closure) Malware analysis Daily reporting and monitoring (scheduled and adhoc reports) Delivering excellent customer service through professional, comprehensive, and timely support for the Security Device Management Lifecycle (H&A, Incidents, Change Requests, Upgrades, etc.

Design and implement complex change requests for global enterprise customers. Work as an integral part of a global team delivering high-value Managed Security Services (MSS)Monitor customer devices and services to quickly identify, escalate and resolve incidents.

Working closely with stakeholders and other regional SOCs as required. Be the technical SME for security device and security service management.

Day-to-day administration of cloud services. General health and maintenance of cloud service offerings. Contribute to new products and feature enhancements and documentation.

Produce written designs and documentation regarding proposed or actual cloud deployments* Subject to change as per client project requirement.

Education Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech. Skills & Knowledge : 3-5 years of IT experience. Preferably in Cyber Security / Cloud / Data Center.

Pre training. Any relevant certifications, preferably CCSA, NSE, CCNSA, MacAfee certifications (MA0101 or MA0104), VCP, JNCIA-Security.

Post training Cloud certifications - AWS, Azure fundamentals, Google partner. Security certifications - CCSA, CCSP, Palo Alto (PCNSE), Fortinet NSE, SIEM*Post training certifications are not final but only indicative in nature.
