AskOtago is the one-stop shop for all questions related to the University of Otago. You will play a key role in this team, supervising a team who are working to assist University students, staff and visitors with their queries and questions regarding life and work at Otago.

The role / Te mahi
Our staff provide assistance via phone, text, chat and face to face. We have exciting opportunities available within our contact centre for self-motivated and enthusiastic Supervisors, to help lead our awesome team of Service Representatives.
These roles call for someone who is driven to succeed through team engagement, as well as an understanding of principles that underpin excellence in a customer service environment.
This is a rewarding opportunity with the chance to make a real impact in the day-to-day education experience of Students, Staff and Visitors here at the University of Otago.
As a Group Leader within AskOtago, you will :

Ideally, you will have :
While not essential, previous contact centre experience is advantageous
