While many of our staff are based offshore, our onshore staff - especially our Team Administrators are critical to ensuring our people are enabled to do the amazing work they do, wherever they are.
Our Team Administrators are proactive, organised and have great relationship skills - and as a result they become highly sought after for (non-foreign policy) secondments, projects and development opportunities within the Ministry - so this means we are always on the hunt for our next great administrator.
Right now we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced administrators who would like to be 'top of mind' for opportunities as Team Administrators at MFAT now or in the future.
The work of our Team Administrators vary from one team to another, however, it will usually include a broad range of general administrative support duties including things like :
