You will develop, execute and bring to life product marketing and customer experience strategies and initiatives for AA Finance while building a strong, high performing team.
You will be identifying market opportunities, analysing competitive environment, developing product positioning and messaging, building go-
to-market plans, launching and maintaining customer focussed products, and fueling growth-marketing strategies to acquire, activate, engage and retain customers.
Your performance will be measured by you and yours team's ability to execute product and marketing initiatives and partner effectively with credit, operations, and stakeholders across Suncorp and the AA to achieve business goals and key results.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a revenue-motivated, strategic marketing professional, and someone who likes getting involved with pricing and digital marketing.

At least 5 in a leadership role (managing product marketing, budgets and staff)Deep customer insights : You have spent time with customers, understanding UX, UI and how we can engage customers through different acquisition channels and understand their needsMessaging mastery : You are in a class of your own when it comes to articulating the technical into simple language for our different audiences, markets and channels, and know how to develop strong messaging maps and effective content strategy plansEase with data : You know how to rapidly source the data you need and use it to tell an insightful story that drives change.
Leveraging data to make decisions and foster growth is second nature to you, and a skill you have successfully developed within your teams.
