You will be serving as the first point of contact for enquiries, payments, and complaints for a large number of regional venues.
Duties include : Scheduling visits with customers and showing them around the VenuesDealing with customer enquiries and complaints over the phone and in personInspecting Venue facilities and ensuring health and safety requirements are metIdeal candidates will need : A full, clean NZ driver’s licenseExceptional communication skillsTo be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloadExcellent customer services skills with the ability to resolve complaintsDetails of the role : Starting ASAP until the end of June 202115 hours per week, over 3 daysOn-the-road office and working from various venuesHourly rate of $22 per hour + 8% holiday payRostered shifts : Option 1 : Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7pm - 12.
