We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated professionals to join our outbound customer service team based in Central Auckland.

This is an ongoing part time opportunity.

About you

  • In order to succeed in this role, you will exhibit the following;
  • Intermediate computer skills such as Microsoft packages : Outlook Excel Word etc (essential)
  • Ability to multi task and keep calm under pressure
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to learn quickly and embrace change
  • Ability to find solutions to problems faced
  • Ability to work 4pm-9pm Monday - Saturday
  • Strong customer service skills essential, this is an outbound customer service role
