About the roleApplications are sought for the position of shift electrician in our busy Rolling Mill working a variety of day, night and weekend shifts.

This position reports to the Rolling Mill Maintenance Superintendent and is based in Otahuhu.Key accountabilities include : Condition monitoring, preventative maintenance, maintenance repairs and breakdowns,Technical support for electrical, mechanical and operational investigation / fault finding.

Provision of team Leader duties when required.About the personTrades qualified with a current practicing licence in New ZealandThe capacity to plan and organise.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.The ability to work in a team environment.
