About the role

The Insolvency Business Administrator is a cross-team role responsible for providing day-to-day support of ITS operational activities and other general administrative support as required by the business.

The successful appointee will apply knowledge of ITS procedures and Ministry finance, travel and reporting systems and processes to support the team achieve its business objectives and system improvement goals.

The role will primarily focus on support of ITS operational activities and supporting both the national manager and the wider ITS leadership team, but on occasion will also provide support to other teams within the Market Integrity Branch.

    Skills and experience for the role :

  • A proven track record of experience and achievement in providing personal and administrative support to managers and teams
  • Wide ranging knowledge of administration systems and processes
  • Sound relationship management skills
  • Excellent diary management skills
  • Great communication skills, including a good standard of computer literacy and word processing
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment, supporting multiple teams and easily responding to changing priorities
  • Must have the legal right to live and work in NZ

    Salary for this role sits between $53,603 - $61,107 with appointment to be within that range based on relevant skills and experience.
