    We are now extending an invitation to come and join this culture as we recruit for an energetic and proactive full-time Client Services Administrator for our busy Dunedin Finance and Client Services Team.

    This is an exciting and diverse role within the Client Services team. Playing a key conduit between both our staff and clients you will be involved in all aspects of the transactions we undertake across all facets of the business, including trust account transaction processing, client on-boarding, reporting, firm wide training, stakeholder liaison and workflow co-ordination.

    Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a professional client services focused role, preferably within the professional services or banking industry.

    Applicants will need to be adaptable, have excellent communication skills, be able to engage confidently with staff and clients and present as an all-round administration superstar.
