  • Retail management / supervisory experience
  • Think on your feet
  • Needs to work autonomously
  • Drive sales
  • Customer service
  • Stock management
  • Visual merchandising
  • Promote products and services in order to maintain KPI's
  • About you :

  • Previous supervisory or management skills
  • Be able to prioritise and take charge of a team
  • Be proactive and a self-starter
  • Lead the sales team by example
  • Great customer service with the willingness to help and engage
  • Exceptional stock management skills
  • A flare for visual merchandising and understanding sales standards
  • Be the fun consultative salesperson / leader, providing the customer with the full retail experience
