Ward 9c is an Acute Mental Health Inpatient ward, providing care for the full range of general adult mental health disorders, including youth, mothers and babies, and eating disorders.
We seek an enthusiastic Mental Health Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. The majority of shifts offered would be for afternoons, evenings and the weekend so if casual work on this basis would suit your lifestyle we'd love to hear from you.
Our Mental Health Assistants are key team members who assist our nursing and allied health staff to ensure an effective and efficient service.
As an Assistant working in Mental Health you'll need to have a positive attitude and good communication skills, be able to take direction and work well as part of the team.
