The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to deliver first class Colleague and Customer experience in our onsite services and business administration support.
Responsible for trans Tasman operational services teams both customer and internal facing, business case development, financial support, business administration, reporting and governance.
Skills and experience
Significant work experience in corporate real estate, Services and Administration · Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, including managing expectations
Well-developed time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and coordinate others to meet milestones
People management skills and ability to coach and develop
Undergraduate qualification in Property or related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience
Delivery of all Workplace services objectives in accordance with the Property plan
Responsible for creating business cases and updates for core strategic projects and senior leadership
Support Property Business Partner in key strategic discussions and stakeholder engagement.
Key contact point for the relevant businesses for all services, admin and logistics related queries Input into the budgeting process with regards to services expenditure
Manage stakeholder's expectations with often competing interests and negotiate win / win outcomes.
Ensure that all strategy representatives from each business unit are effectively communicated with on key service outcomes and changes
End to end delivery of first class colleague and customer experience through our workplace services including - Guest relations, Curation, Administration, Logistic Services (including mailroom) and other procurement activities as required.
Management of external consultants / vendors as required including developing scopes & engagement with IAG Legal Governance through adherence to Group policies
Ensure planning of all services meet regulatory compliance, including legislation & codes and internal policies
Ensure appropriate reporting through chosen governance structure
Lead and develop the team
Manage & negotiate issues, facilitate conflict resolution and ensure development of the team working within the Services, Admin & Logistic teams, where required
