As a member of our team you will process applications for resourceconsents, deliver advice and support to community members making applications,and provide assistance and guidance to colleagues in the consents team andwider organisation.

  • You will ideally have;
  • Adegree in planning, resource management or equivalent
  • Atleast 2 years experience in a consenting, planning or equivalent role
  • Anunderstanding of Te Ao Māori and mātauranga Māori
  • You will :

  • Be able to put yourself in your customers’ shoes and look tocreate solution-focused outcomes
  • Produce high quality work, and be able to successfully jugglemultiple projects
  • Easily communicate complex information in a simple way both inverbal and written communications
  • Have an eye for detail and a can-do attitude
  • Have curiosity about and enjoy communicating with a wide range ofour community
  • Thrive on learning and taking on new challenges
  • Like to problem solve and think critically
  • Enjoy being part of an active and supportive team
