A great opportunity is available for a talented individual to join our Botanyteam as a Visual Merchandiser.

This role is pivotal in driving our customers to to engage with on-trend and promotional products through our : window displays, banners and use of apparel.

This role requires someone that can follow instructions extremely well and has effective communication, as you will have to communicate with both customers and staff members.

Your ability to understand and implement floor plans is important, as well as your ability to carry out your tasks in a timely manner.

Depending on your department, some of your key tasks may include :

  • Executing floor plans (and potentially improvising in the absence of available product)
  • Dressing mannequins or tables to create hot spots to attract customers
  • Using your initiative to consider the presentation & accessibility of products for customers
  • Communicate with team members with regards to displays, as well as helping customers
  • Being able to climb ladders (working with height), as well as lifting up to 20kg

    This role requires someone with a history of Visual Merchandising, as your presentations will support our customer's in-store experience and provide some inspiration.

    This position is for 70 hours per fortnight and involves working Monday 6 : 00am - 1 : 30pm, Tuesday 6 : 00am - 1 : 30pm, Wednesday 6 : 00am - 1 : 30pm, Thursday 6 : 00am - 1 : 30pm and Friday 6 : 00am - 1 : 30pm.

    Some weekend work is required.
